This is a valuable service for homeowners who may not have the time or technical expertise to understand what work is required to keep their home well maintained.  As fully certified members of the American Society Of Home Inspectors we see hundreds of homes every year.  This experience allows us to recognize and understand the condition and life cycle of the equipment and systems in your home. 

Each maintenance inspection is customized to the homeowners needs.  We start by consulting with the homeowner to get the history of the home and a record of problems that may be occuring.  We then incorporate this information into the full inspection process so that our final report will contain recommended solutions as well as a general overview of the home.  The homeowner will know the condition the home, what maintenance is due to be performed and have an understanding of potential future repairs needed.  With this information the homeowner can prioritize needs and work with service and repair contractors without the worry of being taken advantage of.
